Views of Earth are streamed from an external camera located outside of the space station. During periods of signal loss due to handover between communications satellites, a blue screen is displayed.

In the weeks ahead, NASA will complete final preparations for the Artemis II launch, including testing and rehearsals. If needed, the Space Launch System and Orion spacecraft may be rolled back to the Vehicle Assembly Building for additional work.
