Meet EarthCam at ENR's Best Projects of 2012 Event


Webcam Technology Documented Some of the Year's Most Important Construction Projects

New York, November 12, 2012 -- EarthCam will be attending ENR's Best Projects of 2012 Awards. This series of special events celebrates and recognizes building teams that collaborated on the best projects across the country this year. Local industry leaders selected the extraordinary winners in categories such as Best Commercial Project and Best Highway Project.

Construction managers and project teams worldwide rely on EarthCam's professional construction camera solutions and technology to monitor, document and promote their most important projects. The EarthCam team will attend three of the events, the first taking place on November 14th to recognize the best projects in New York and the surrounding areas. EarthCam has documented several projects awarded in this region, including the I-93 Fast 14 Rapid Bridge Replacement Project (Best Transportation), Lake Champlain Bridge (Best Civil/Infrastructure), National September 11 Memorial (Best Landscape/Hardscape) and Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge (Award of Merit Transportation).

On December 6th, EarthCam's West Coast representatives will participate in the San Francisco event to celebrate the company's involvement with documenting and promoting projects in California. Projects given top honors in the region include the David & Lucile Packard Foundation Headquarters (Best Green Project) in Los Altos, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Headquarters (Award of Merit) in San Francisco and Doyle Drive (Best Transportation Project) in San Francisco.

EarthCam's Texas representatives will attend the event in Dallas on December 13th. Recognizing projects in the states of Texas and Louisiana, EarthCam has documented several projects in the region that have received special awards, including the Perot Museum of Nature and Science (Best Specialty Contracting Project) in Dallas, the BBVA Compass Stadium (Best Sports/Entertainment Project) in Houston and the Houma to Freeport Bridge Relocation (Award of Merit).
