World's Highest Tides

In the world of extremes Halls Harbour, Nova Scotia holds the record for the highest and lowest tides. The quaint fishing village doubles as a tourist attraction where vis8tors can "walk the floor" of the Bay of Fundy among stranded fishing boats at low tide and a few hours later watch the same boats rocking gently at high tide.
