New Technology Demonstrated at 93rd Annual NJ State League of Municipalities Conference

The new VelcroCam, demonstrated this year at the EarthCam exhibit #1517, is a full-featured 340-degree robotic camera that utilizes a wireless EVDO high-speed cellular connection. It can be hand-deployed using heavy duty Velcro straps within minutes and relocated quickly during an incident. Using the VelcroCam, authorities at the scene can provide headquarters with live video and link to other local, state, federal or emergency management operations within seconds over password-protected Internet transmission.
The company will also demonstrate a variety of intelligent transportation system cameras, as well as the latest version of its Control Center 7 software that supports all EarthCam advanced webcam systems. The software enables automated PowerPoint progress reports, video notes, image comparison and mark-up tools, among other new features.
