EarthCam Celebrates Independence Day “From See to Shining Sea”
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
New York, July 4, 2010 -- EarthCam celebrates Independence Day in their unique way with a nationwide birthday party of fireworks and fun from the Atlantic to the Pacific. Live webcams from across America present the Independence Day festivities in New York City, Washington, D.C., St Louis, San Francisco and other US cities.
Six fireworks barges stretch up the Hudson River over 33 New York City blocks attracting millions on both the New York and New Jersey banks of the river. The EarthCam camera on the mast of the USS Intrepid, located directly across from the center of the barges, offers uninterrupted views of the spectacular show. The party continues with live views of the Washington Monument and National Mall commemoration in our nation's capitol; the magnificent show at the Gateway Arch in St. Louis seen from Keiner Plaza; and fantastic fireworks displays in San Francisco Bay and the Navy Pier in Chicago.
