EarthCam and Qatar Rail Partner to Present Doha Tourism Webcam FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE New York, July 17, 2015 -- After a month of fasting, reflection and prayer, Muslins are gathering to celebrate Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of Ramadan.
