FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
New York, January 14, 2008 -- EarthCam (http://www.earthcam.net/), the international leader in webcam technology, will demonstrate environmentally friendly, cutting edge products in two locations at the World of Concrete in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 22-25.
A complete, fully functional, solar-powered TrailerCam will be displayed at GREENSITE exhibit #S21310. The new generation of advanced construction cameras and EarthCam’s innovative Control Center 7 software will be demonstrated at exhibit #S12752 in the Technology for Construction pavilion.
"Our Control Center 7 is the centerpiece of our environmentally responsible and cost savings systems for managing construction sites whether pouring concrete or raising steel,” said Brian Cury, founder and CEO of EarthCam. “Remote live collaboration, sharing images and time-lapse review greatly reduce the need for costly team travel and permit managers to view and direct activities of multiple projects from one location," Cury said.
Visitors to the EarthCam exhibit #S12752 will receive a 25% show discount on EarthCam’s Construction Camera Systems. All visitors will be eligible for a drawing to win a free hand-held camera, which is integrated into the Control Center 7 system, for fast personal jobsite image acquisition and video sharing to observe and document projects.
The TrailerCam at the World of Concrete GREENSITE exhibit features solar power, battery/solar status monitoring, a 30-foot telescoping mast and web-based remote 360-degree camera rotation. Control Center 7 software managing the system reduces project manager and staff travel further enhancing the environmental advantage of the system.
The construction camera systems provide HD megapixel images making them ideal for monitoring progress live, archiving 24/7 for dispute resolution and online promotion to increase company awareness and generate new business.
Time and date stamped archived images verify concrete load delivery, pouring and construction activities with a record of weather conditions and more than four times the image quality than most webcams.
Depending on the needs of the customer, EarthCam's expert staff can provide an entire range of products and services for any application.
