EarthCam Introduces New ITS Enterprise System

New York, May 7, 2006 -- EarthCam (www.earthcam.net), the leader in providing webcam software, technology and managed services, is pleased to announce the introduction of its new ITS Enterprise System. Developed for Departments of Transportation, the EarthCam ITS Enterprise System is a plug-and-play server appliance that provides a complete solution for the deployment, configuration and management of up to 100 network cameras with secure encrypted streaming video.

The EarthCam ITS Enterprise System supports both fixed and robotic cameras from EarthCam and other leading manufacturers. The System supports up to 100 users and 25 projects with live streaming video camera monitoring, based on available bandwidth. It is designed to archive images at variable intervals for extended periods, depending on storage configuration.

The Enterprise System is modular and expandable to accommodate additional users, cameras, projects and storage. In addition, the EarthCam ITS Enterprise System can be expanded to support secure public website hosting of live updating images, additional archiving, and mobile services to stream camera images on mobile devices.
