Domino's customers can already track the progress of their pizza orders with Domino's Tracker, but now some can watch them being made live via a webcam, too. In a pilot program being launched today, Domino's has added a live video feed to Tracker, so that customers at a store in Salt Lake City, Utah, can watch pizzas being made from scratch.  more... 5/1/2013

Bush Presidential Library and Museum in Dallas was built over the past 29 months. Hackensack, N.J.-based EarthCam Inc. is celebrating the premiere of a rare view of the George W. Bush Presidential Center — a ground-up view, so to speak. The company has created a time-lapse movie of the construction of the Bush Presidential Center — which is located on 23 acres of land on the campus of Southern Methodist University in Dallas. EarthCam documented the 27-month project — capturing more than 156,000 images and crafting those images into a two-minute time-lapse video, complete with thematic music.  more... 4/25/2013

Funeral services at a crematorium can be watched from the other side of the world after it had a webcam installed. Haycombe Crematorium in Bath has undergone a £175,000 refurbishment of its facilities, including an improved audio system. Hailey Schnorr has spent years peering into the bedrooms, kitchens, and dorm rooms of students via Webcam. In her job proctoring online tests for universities, she has learned to focus mainly on students' eyes. "What we look for is eye movement," says Ms. Schnorr. "When the eyes start veering off to the side, that's clearly a red flag."
