You may have an old version of our flash player cached on your computer.
If you use Internet Explorer, select Tools - Internet Options. Under "Temporary Internet Files" press the "Delete Files" option. Don't worry, this will not delete any crucial files.
If you use Firefox, select Tools - Options. Click on the "Privacy" tab at the top of the window, then select the "Cache" tab from the set of tabs below. Press the "Clear Cache Now" button.
From the "My AOL" menu, on the AOL toolbar, click "Preferences" then Click "WWW." Look for the "Temporary Internet Files" then click "Delete Files", then click "OK".
Now, refresh the page and see if the problem is fixed.
