The time displayed is based on the time zone you specified when going through the MyCam Page Designer. You can edit this information by going to "Webcam Setup" under "MyCam Page Designer" in the left navigation of My EarthCam. Make sure that the time zone of your camera is properly filled out, then save your changes and the time should now be correct.
