a. Your USB camera must support the Video for Windows standard to use EarthCam's Webcam Plus software. A list of webcams known to work with WebCam Plus can be found here.

b. Before you install our WebCam Plus software, please follow the camera manufacturer's instructions for connecting your camera to your computer.

c. Remember: when you use a USB camera, your computer must be powered on and connected to the Internet in order to transmit images.
