 Please be aware that the New York City Police Department will no longer allow people to place flowers or any other tributes to JFK, Jr. at the makeshift memorial in front of his former residence. In this hour of sadness, EarthCam would like to offer the world a chance to say a final goodbye and pay last respects to John F. Kennedy Jr., Carolyn Bessette and Lauren Bessette. From EarthCam's camera view, you can see the thousands of people visiting JFK Jr. and his wife's residence in lower Manhattan leaving flowers, candles, stuffed animals, and heart-felt poems. Kennedy, his wife and her sister Lauren Bessette tragically lost their lives when the plane he was piloting crashed near Martha's Vineyard, Mass., on July 16, 1999. God bless John John, beloved Carolyn and Lauren, the world feels your loss... we miss you greatly.
